I'm Chalmers Ward and as a successful Human Resources executive I had the privilege to work with team members at all levels of the organization and across industries ranging from startups to privately held firms, family-owned businesses and Fortune 50 companies. I’ve found that my HR experience in leadership development, mentoring, talent development, and consultative HR is the perfect complement to my training as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach and my work as a coach.
